You can view any outstanding tasks or actions in 'Your priority tasks' panel shown on your homepage and also in the 'Tasks' area of the system.
Any actions that you need to complete will be shown in the tasks area with instructions on how to complete the specific task.
You can view more details on the task by clicking on the task status 'Urgent' or 'Pending' for example, and you will see a panel showing the specific actions needed to complete the task.
If a task remains outstanding for a period of time, you'll receive reminders (usually via email but you may also get SMS reminders based on your account settings) to alert you to the outstanding item. Tasks can also escalate up to your line manager and company managers within your organisation to ensure your company is aware of its compliance, so you may also get chase-ups from your colleagues if you haven't completed an item.
Generally, all tasks will continue to repeat and send you reminders, and the quickest way to avoid any reminders being triggered is to complete the task shown in the system.
