As a Line Manager, what alerts should I expect to receive?

As a line manager, you may receive alerts from the Driving Monitor system and it is your responsibility to action them.

These tasks could be;

Drivers Refresher Risk Assessment
A reminder will be sent to the driver when their refresher risk assessment is due. You will be informed when this task becomes urgent, and will therefore be able
to chase the driver.

Online Training Reminder
A reminder will be sent to the driver if they have not completed their online training. You will be informed when this task becomes urgent, and will therefore be able to chase the driver.

LGV Expiry Date
A reminder will be sent to the driver and you. If the task is not actioned you will be informed again when this task becomes urgent, and will therefore be able to chase the driver.

PVC Expiry Date
A reminder will be sent to the driver and you. If the task is not actioned you will be informed again when this task becomes urgent, and will therefore be able to chase the driver.

Digital Tachograph Expiry Date
A reminder will be sent to the driver and you. If the task is not actioned you will be informed again when this task becomes urgent, and will therefore be able to chase the driver.

MOT
A reminder will be sent to the driver prior to their MOT being due. You will be informed when this task becomes urgent, and will therefore be able to chase the driver.
