Managing my certificates

What are certificates?

The certifications area within Driving Monitor allows you to record certain items from outside of the platform. For example:

• Medical Certificates
• External Training Records
• Qualifications
   

Adding a certificate

To add a certificate from the Certifications dashboard, simply click the big green 'Add Certificate' button in the top right of the dashboard.

This will open a simple form to complete in order to save your certificate to the system.

Please note: Certain certificates may require you to upload the relevant document for review.

Removing a certificate

If you no longer require a certain certificate to be stored on the system, then you can remove this by doing the following:

• Find the certificate you with to remove in the 'Certificate Records' data grid.
• Click the 'manage' button on the right-hand side of the row
• Click 'Delete certificate'

This will archive the certificate and remove it from your records.

Why is my certificate Pending?

If your certificate is showing as 'pending' after you have saved it, then this means it requires review from your management.

There is nothing further for you to do.

Once a manager has successfully reviewed your certificate, the status will change to 'up-to-date'.
