I've recently joined the company, where is my invitation?

Your welcome invitation may be via email or SMS text

If you have just joined the company are you need to go through the Driving Monitor process please be aware your company will need to manage your data to trigger your welcome invitation.

This is not something Driving Monitor has any control over as we do not manage the data within the system, this is managed by your employer so they will import your data from your HR records which will trigger your initial invitation.

If you have not yet received your welcome invitation, please speak with your line manager. If you line manager advises you to speak with Driving Monitor you need to inform them Driving Monitor do not control what data is inserted/removed from the system as this is handled by your employer, who controls the data.

If your line manager does not know the process for triggering your welcome invitation or does not have a manager account within the system you can try and contact your company fleet or HR coordinator who manages the Driving Monitor administration for your company.
