I do not drive on company business, do I still need to do Driving Monitor?

Yes. Your company will have opted for either having all employees complete this process or you will be able to sign an online 'Driver Declaration'.

If your account has the driver declaration option activated you still need to logon but select the ‘no’ option when asked if you drive on company business. This answer will then be logged and you will not be required to provide any further information. Should your circumstances change and you are required to drive on company business, you will need to log back on and complete the full profiling and training.

Your line manager will be able to advise you on your 'declaration' status within the system.
