If an accident has been recorded in error there are a number of options to consider:
1. As a driver
If you have noticed an incorrect incident recorded against your driver profile you can contact your line manager. The data within the system is not managed by Driving Monitor, so any recorded accidents will need to be discussed with your company to establish the source of the data. If your company has imported an incident incorrectly against your profile they can have this updated via the system administrator.
2. As a manager of the system
If you have noticed an incorrect incident recorded against a driver you will need to speak to your Driving Monitor account manager. If your company has imported an incident incorrectly against a driver profile they can have this updated via the system administrator.
