What is the Licence Declaration?
The licence declaration is the form that gives us permission to check your licence with the DVLA. If this form is not signed then Driving Monitor will not be able to perform a check on your licence and your licence compliance will remain outstanding.
Once the declaration is signed and saved a check will be instantly performed and your account updated with the data we receive from the DVLA.
Whenever you save your licence information you will be automatically prompted to sign a new and up-to-date declaration.
Where can I find the Licence Declaration?
You can find your signed declaration within your Licence details.
This can be accessed from the Licences dashboard or the Licences tab within your user pop-up.
Is my data secure when I complete the declaration?
You can view more information about our data security by viewing this FAQ.
