If you receive this error it is because the name on your profile does not match the name on the Certificate of Motor Insurance. This can be for a number of reasons including a change of name, using a “Professional” name at work and a “Family” name at home, or you may not have been included on the document.
This can be corrected by contacting your Line Manager about any discrepancies who will be able to see that your details are updated in the system as appropriate. If the request is urgent, we can still process the certificate with relevant supporting documentation within reason.
Please be advised that we will never reach out for this documentation otherwise as it is the responsibility of your employer to maintain your user information on our system.
