The document you have provided is expired and we are unable to process it as a legal duty of care, as you would be driving without insurance.
Further, we are unable to accept same-day insurance certificates that expire at “11:59 PM/23:59” as that document will not be liable for the next day and we would not have an updated certificate or be able to assure that you are driving with insurance on the day after.
In some cases, it is possible for clerical errors to occur with the Broker. Your Certificate of Motor Insurance should extend for the full schedule of your Policy but in rare cases, this may not have been correctly adjusted. It is always worth reviewing your documentation to ensure that your Policy Schedule and Certificate match up as this can be corrected for free by your Broker.
If your Certificate covers other territories or was issued in another territory that includes coverage for the United Kingdom, please ensure that the Certificate of Motor Insurance states this or includes the relevant information on the signed section or signatory overleaf (usually the page immediately after your Certificate in a documentation pack).
