What does it mean if there is an issue with my document password?

The document you have provided requires a password that has not been included in the document upload or is incorrect. Without the password, our Insurance team is unable to validate the authenticity and validity of your Insurance documentation. 

When uploading your document please ensure to verify your password is correct by entering and accessing the document with those details before sending it. If you are copying the password from another location, such as a password manager, please ensure that there are no spaces or additional characters included. 

Your data is securely stored in our world-class data centres, if you would like to upload your information without a password you can be ensured that your certificates are held on hardware firewalled and ISO/IEC 27001 certified servers.
