I’ve got a “Cert Mismatch”, what does that mean?

The document you have provided is for a car that is not listed on the document. 

If you have a multi-car policy, please ensure to check that you have individual Certificates of Motor Insurance for each vehicle, we are unable to assure that the vehicle is insured if it is named but does not have its own Certificate of Motor Insurance.

It is possible to have more than one vehicle on the Driving Monitor system but if you have multiple cars, please ensure you are uploading the correct document for each individual vehicle as we are unable to correct this for you. Per our agreement with your employer, we do not alter or edit any employee information.
